Finding your feet
Last year British Judo launched the Finding Your Feet programme, giving coaches an opportunity that not only enhances a coaching portfolio but also allows them to make a significant impact upon individuals’ lives in within their community.
Developed in collaboration with the University of Hertfordshire and Anglia Ruskin University, “Finding Your Feet”, is a program designed to revolutionise how we approach falls among older adults.
We are now pleased to launch the second batch of “Finding Your Feet” Coach Education Workshop. These workshops are designed to help coaches upskill in delivering safer falls/falls prevention sessions to elderly participants.
Learn the essential techniques and strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of your participants while enhancing their physical fitness and confidence.
Don’t miss out on this valuable workshop that will equip you with the knowledge and tools to make a positive impact in the lives of our senior community members.
The cost of the course is just £30, and courses are being delivered across England and Wales over the next six months.
** This is a British Judo Association Licensed Coach Education Course **
