Notice is given to Member Clubs that the above Meeting will be held on the 9th December 2017 at 12 noon at the Goole Leisure Centre.
Will Member Clubs wishing to nominate persons for Area Secretary and 3 Committee
Members please send in their nominations in the hands of the Area Secretary at the above address no later than the 4th November 2017.
Will Member Clubs wanting to put a resolution before the Meeting please send in the resolution, with a seconder Club, to the Area Secretary by the 4th November 2017.
Please note that any Club wishing to nominate either a person for the Area Committee or
submitting a resolution for consideration must be a current Member of the British Judo Association on the day the nominations and resolutions are received and be present at the Annual General Meeting.
