Well, this has been a strange and difficult year for every one and it may carry on in a similar fashion for some time.
Somewhere, I a have a tape of a Trevor Leggett's lecture on letting go. Being Chairman is a very privileged position.
However, I have made the decision not stand for re-election.
Harry Platten, club member of East Yorkshire Judo Academy, has been putting his lack of recent mat time to good use to raise money for a deserving charity.
He is taking part in the 3000 press ups fundraiser for Teenage Cancer Trust which is running throughout the month of November. He has been doing a range of different styles to ring the changes and he is posting daily video clips of his progress on social media channels.
